To enjoy the service just get to the parking lot on the selected day, pick a ticket. Once you're out of the car, approach the booth with the Parclick voucher and our staff will exchange it for a smart card that will allow you multiple entries and exits during your stay.
IF THERE'S NO STAFF AND THE CAR PARK IS CLOSED
When you arrive at the car park, use the same phone number you gave in your parclick booking and registration and make the call to the FREE phone number. The gate will open automatically to let you through.
Once inside, look for the parking spaces NON RESERVED in the first floor, park and exit the car park using the pedestrian door.
Whether you want to enter the car park with your car or on foot, or to exit the car park with your car, you must call the number mentioned above in order to open the door.
